Terms of group meals - Brasserie Flore

The group meals and the rates announced on the Internet are those of the current year and are subject to change without notice.

For any group meals, choosing a menu is obligatory (no à la carte). Some exceptions will be accepted, especially for people vegetarian, allergic to certain foods, and so on.
We ask you to bring your choice of 2 entries, 2 dishes and 2 desserts common to the whole table.

In order to ensure quality of service, the choice of menu and dishes (subject to availability) must be notified at least 72 hours before the meal.

The number of covered will be confirmed no later than the day preceding the date of the meal. This number will be used as the basis for billing.

The deposit of 30% of the amount of benefit can be claimed. Your reservation will be considered as final upon receipt of the deposit, before the meal. Otherwise, the restaurant reserves the right to cancel your reservation.

If the number of participants exceeds the number announced, we will try to accommodate additional participants in the best conditions without ensuring availability of additional places or menu selection.

All cancellations must be notified at least 72 hours before the meal.
For any reservation not cancelled, if the group does not come on the day of reservation announced, all meals will be due.
If a deposit has been paid and that the cancellation was made in time, you will be fully reimbursed.
