I love Lille. It's a very endearing, open, generous city. It's also where I grew up. Nobody can completely describe its many nuances and fragrances. I created my restaurants with a variety of concepts.

I had an overwhelming desire to offer difference as a way to grow and escape from the humdrum routine of everyday life. That's why I offer affordable, enchanting cuisine that respects people and the land. When you walk into one of our restaurants, you meet real professionals – talented individuals driven by deep conviction who create and shape our company and its history every day.
